Grand jury returns 11 indictments

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - A Juneau grand jury returned indictments in various cases on charges from assault to felony drug offenses on Friday.

    Court records show Clarissa Foster, 27, was indicted on two counts of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the second-degree and misconduct involving a controlled substance in the third degree.  Police said she was involved in cases that involved heroin on February 14, methamphetamines on February 18, and heroin on February 19.

    Kevin Willis, 55, was indicted on a charge of failure to stop for a peace officer for an alleged incident on May 19, 2019.

    Gordon Guanzon, 33, was indicted on a charge of burglary in the second-degree and criminal mischief in the third degree.

    Brett Padilla, 43, was indicted on charges of assault in the second degree and two counts of assault in the third degree.  It is alleged he injured a female on June 10.

    Dwayne Clements, 51, was indicted on a charge of burglary in the second degree and theft in the second degree for an incident on January 22.

    Joshua Bourn, 30, was indicted on charges of burglary in the second degree for an incident on March 17.

    Daishon Alex, 19, was indicted on two charges of assault in the second degree.  Its alleged he injured a man with his hands, strangled the man, and knocked out a tooth.

    Nicholas Morgan, 35, was indicted on charges of burglary in the first degree and theft in the second degree.  He allegedly stole a firearm or explosive on March 2.

    Keith Coggan, 30, and Casina Shakespeare, 38, were indicted on charges of theft in the second degree and two counts of burglary in the second degree for an incident on November 29, 2018.

    Michael Hoyt, 42, was indicted on a charge of the promotion of contraband in the first degree.  It is alleged he possessed a controlled substance inside a correctional facility.

    Anthony Guggenbickler, 23, was indicted on a charge of assault in the third degree.  He allegedly caused injury to a female in Wrangell on May 26.  Authorities allege he had two prior convictions of assault in the past 10 years.
